During the pandemic, the Daniali family - with deep Middle Eastern heritage and a passion for European bread-making - began experimenting with fusion recipes in their kitchen. Their goal? To create something that honored both Middle Eastern and European baking traditions.

After countless batches, Focabari was born - not quite focaccia, not quite barbari, but a beautiful marriage of both traditions.
